• Cancellations/No-Shows: We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments canceled without sufficient notice or for no-shows, in accordance with our stated salon policy (which should be provided to clients during booking).

• Stylist/Staff Changes: While we aim for consistency, we reserve the right to change the stylist or technician scheduled for your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Online Store and E-Commerce

• Product Availability and Pricing: All products and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased.

• Payment: All purchases are subject to payment collection, and we reserve the right to cancel any order for which payment cannot be verified or is incomplete. Payment processing is handled by third-party services.
